এতদ্দ্বারা সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, নাগরিক তথ্য বিষয়ে ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের ওয়েবসাইট নিয়ে বিভিন্ন গণমাধ্যমে প্রকাশিত সংবাদ ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের দৃষ্টিগোচর হয়েছে।
২। এমতাবস্থায়, ভূমিসেবা গ্রহণে জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র সিস্টেমের কারিগরি বিষয়ে ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয় নির্বাচন কমিশনের সঙ্গে আজ বৈঠক করে। এখন পর্যন্ত ভূমিসেবা সংক্রান্ত সিস্টেম হতে নাগরিকদের তথ্য ফাঁস (Data breach) সংক্রান্ত কোনো তথ্য নির্বাচন কমিশন অথবা আইসিটি বিভাগ থেকে পাওয়া যায়নি।
৩। উল্লেখ্য, ভূমিসেবায় জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র যাচাই সহ অন্যান্য কার্যক্রম চলমান রয়েছে। এছাড়াও, ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের সকল তথ্য বাংলাদেশ কম্পিউটার কাউন্সিলের আওতাভুক্ত বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় ডাটা সেন্টারে সংরক্ষিত আছে।
৪। ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয় এ বিষয়ে সকলকে আশ্বস্ত করছে যে, ভূমিসেবা ডিজিটাইজেশন কার্যক্রমে ডাটা নিরাপত্তাকে (Data Security) অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বসহকারে গ্রহণ করা হয় এবং এর পর্যাপ্ত নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা শুরু থেকেই বিদ্যমান।

On news about citizens’ data regarding the website of the Ministry of Land.
It is hereby informed that the Ministry of Land has become aware of news published in various media outlets about citizens’ data regarding the website of the Ministry of Land.
2. In light of this situation, the Ministry of Land held a meeting today with the Election Commission to discuss the technical aspects of the national identity card system for land services. Thus far, no information has been received from the Election Commission or the ICT Division regarding any breach of citizens’ data from the land service system.
3. It should be noted that the verification of national identity cards and other related activities are currently ongoing in the land service. Additionally, all Ministry of Land data is stored in the Bangladesh National Data Center, which operates under the Bangladesh Computer Council.
4. The Ministry of Land assures everyone that data security is treated with the utmost importance in the land service digitization program, and adequate security measures have been in place since its inception.
